Are forks sold in pairs?
Yes. All the fork options listed on our site are sold in pairs (two forks). The price listed is for one pair (two forks) and QTY 1 = One Pair (two forks).
Where are you located?
We have 9 locations throughout America, which allows us to cover 90% of the country with 1-3 day delivery times on standard fork orders. We ship from whichever location is closest to the customer. Our headquarters is located in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Are the forks in stock?
Yes. Stock production levels are updated each morning on the website. We keep all standard fork sizes in stock. Standard fork orders ship the same day, if placed prior to 230pm EST and telehandler fork orders ship within 3 days.
When will my forks arrive?
Standard fork orders (class 2, 3, and 4) typically arrive to the customer in 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Remote rural areas may be a day or two longer. Telehandler forks are typically delivered within 1-7 days from the date of the order being placed.
How much is shipping?
All forklift fork orders ship freight FREE to any BUSINESS ADDRESS in the lower 48 states. This free shipping is for ground, standard service only. Upgraded/faster shipping is available for an added fee. Home businesses, or addresses in residential neighborhoods, could result in an extra fee from the shipping company. When this occurs, you will be responsible for this residential delivery fee. If your business is closed during regular business hours, or if nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the shipping company may elect to charge an additional missed delivery fee. When this occurs, you will be responsible for this missed delivery fee.
What is your warranty policy?
Our industry leading warranty is as follows:
Magna Forklift Forks Co/Magna Source Inc warrants to the original purchaser that all Forklift Forks delivered hereunder against faulty workmanship and use of defective materials, when used in normal use and service, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased new by the original purchaser and does not apply to products which have been abused, misused, damaged, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Magna Source Inc or it’s representative. Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be to have Magna Source Inc repair such product(s), supply replacement product(s) or credit Buyer’s account for such goods and accept their return, whichever Magna Source Inc may elect in its sole discretion. Magna Source Inc makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. The company’s liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort or otherwise, including, without limitation, warranty claims, shall in no event exceed in the aggregate the purchase price of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental or other damages of any nature including loss or expense incurred as a result of any delay in delivery, or out of service equipment.
No warranties are expressed or implied as to the fitness of the equipment on which the product is installed.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WERE MADE OR RELIED ON IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO VARY, MODIFY OR CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PROPERTY SOLD TO THE PURCHASER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF BUSINESS, RETROFITS, GOODWILL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.
What is your return policy?
That depends on the reason for the return. If we ship the wrong order (which very rarely does happen) then we will make it right, no charge to you at all. If you measured wrong or otherwise ordered incorrectly, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery and the following refund deductions will apply: 20% restocking fee, return shipping charge, original shipping charge. Please take the time to measure your forklift carriage and make sure you are ordering the correct sizes.
