Returns for Incorrect Orders
If Magna Forklift Forks ships the wrong product, we will make it right at no charge to you.

If the incorrect order was placed by the customer, standard forks may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Returned forks must be unused and in original condition.

The following deductions may apply:

Non-Returnable Products

Custom forks, shaft mount forks, and telehandler forks are built to order and are non-returnable.

Important Note
Please take the time to measure your forklift carriage carefully before ordering to ensure the correct size is selected.
